Get your morning stretch on and wake up feeling energized for the day. This slow-flow class is suitable for all abilities. Come in comfortable clothes that you are able to stretch. If you have a yoga mat from home, please bring it, otherwise, we will provide hotel towels for you to use.

We invite you to join your peers in the ‘Rejuvenate Space’. The space affords conference attendees an opportunity to take a brief break from conference sessions and network in a relaxed environment.
The Rejuvenate Space is open to all conference attendees.

Designated for quiet time, meditation, recuperation, and escape from the noise, mental stress, and fast pace of the conference. No phones, conversations, or laptop work in this room.
If you are a nursing mom and need a room, please go to the front desk and ask for the keys to the Mother's Room.

Join us for a stroll along the lake before the conference begins! We will meet outside the Deck Bar at 7:15 to chat and catch the sunrise as we explore the resort’s walking path.
NOTE: It's a little brisk out there this morning, so grab your jacket, warm coffee, or tea, and join me for a leisurely stroll along the Arrowwood Resort. This route is about 1 mile.
